Subscription and Login
Signing up for a free trial subscription or BlueandGold Premium is a simple process. Sign up today for your username and password to access the best and latest information on Notre Dame athletics.
Q: What is the difference between a username and a password?
A: A username and password is required for logging in. After successfully logging in, you will create a username to be used for the duration of your subscription. Your username will be used for posting purposes throughout BlueandGold.com. You can change your password at any time.
Q: How do I change my password or email address?
A: You can change your password, email address and other personal information by emailing webmaster@blueandgold.com. Soon a Member Services section will be activated for users to change their information at any time on BlueandGold.com.
Q: Do I need a separate a username and password to login for Message Boards and BlueandGold Premium?
A: You need only one username and password to access all parts of BlueandGold.com. Upon successful registration for a free trial subscription, you will use the same username and password to upgrade to BlueandGold Premium.
Q: What should I do if I cannot remember my username and or password?
A: Use the resend password link at http://www.blueandgold.com/members/services/forgotpass.cfm to have your username and password sent to your registered email account. If the resend link recognizes your email address, the account is active and ready to go. If your email address is not recognized, it is likely that the account is not valid.
Q: My username and password do not work. What should I do?
A: Be sure you are typing the correct username and password as submitted with your subscription registration. If the login still does not work, use the resend password link at http://www.blueandgold.com/members/services/forgotpass.cfm to have the username and password sent to your registered email account. If the resend link recognizes the email address, your account is active and ready to go. If your email address is not recognized, it is likely that the account is not valid.
Q: I am receiving error message saying there’s already an account using my email address. What do I do?
A: If you have registered with us before, for any free or paid subscription service, then you are already a member. You don’t need to create another membership to sign up for BlueandGold.com. You can subscribe but need to login first using the registered email address on file.
Q: How do I sign up for a free trial subscription?
A: BlueandGold.com offers free trial memberships subscriptions at various times throughout the year. Subscribers that sign up for a free trial membership will be automatically renewed at the normal subscription rate at the end of the trial period, unless the subscriber cancels at least ONE business day before the end of the trial period. Only one free trial period is allowed per subscriber. Subsequent subscriptions do not qualify for free trials.
Q: How can I upgrade my subscription?
A: You can upgrade to BlueandGold Premium by going to the Member Services form on the home page.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel by emailing webmaster@blueandgold.com from your registered email account by including your username and password. BlueandGold.com does not refund for unused portions of subscriptions. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription term.
Renewal and Billing
For your convenience, BlueandGold.com renewals are automatically charged to your credit card each month.
Q: Does my subscription automatically renew?
A: For your convenience, BlueandGold.com monthly premium subscribers and trial subscription automatically renew - and your credit card is automatically charged - at the end of the term. Renewals continue until the user cancels his/her subscription. Yearly premium subscriptions will receive a notice when the term is about to expire with an option for renewal.
Q: How do I keep my subscription from automatically renewing?
A: By canceling your subscription at least ONE business day before your next renewal date, your username and password will continue to allow you access to premium areas until the term of your subscription has expired. At the end of the subscription term, your login account will become a free member and you will NOT be billed for a new subscription.
Q: Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?
A: Even though the trial is a free service during the given period, we still require a credit card in order to validate that every customer is a legitimate entity. Requiring a valid credit card is intended to decrease the likelihood that malicious users will sign up. We also require a credit card to facilitate payment of services following the end of your trial.
Q: What if I wish to cancel my subscription? Do I get a refund?
A: There are no refunds for unused portions of subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription term.
